For individuals who want to use water in a building with sewerage, bills will have water use/sewer use included (starting water/stopping water/inspection/payments will be together).
For individuals who use well water or hot spring water in a building with sewerage, your water bill and sewer use bill will be issued separately (starting water/stopping water/inspection/payments will need to be completed separately).
