Applying for Water Use／使用開始の申込

In order to use water, you will need to apply first.
A blue vinyl bag is attached to your door. The application for water use can be found inside.

1. Fill out the application
2. Place the application in the return envelope
3. Mail the envelope to the Waterworks and Sewerage Bureau

If you do not have water or cannot find your application form, please call the Water and Sewerage Bureau Customer Center (096-381-1118).
