When you will no longer need to use water, please contact the Water and Sewerage Bureau Customer Center at 096-381-1118.
We ask the following of you

1. Please tell us your name and address.
2. Please tell us the day that you would like to stop using water.
3. Please give us a forwarding address for when you move.
4. What method of payment would you like to use?

It normally takes about 2-3 months from starting to use water until your bill arrives. Your final payment will be 2-3 months worth of water use organized into a single payment for your convenience.

If your new address is within Kumamoto City, you will need to reapply for water and sewerage service. If you use the same account, you can transfer your account.
